Product Manager (Trading) at Dabble The Product Manager (Trading) plays a critical role in shaping the future of our Back Office interface and Global Trading Platform. You’re an analytical operator with strong risk and trading-operations expertise, able to translate complex trading needs into clear product direction. You’ll work at the intersection of Trading and Technology, bridging both worlds to deliver tools that improve control, visibility, and execution. Base pay range A$120,000.00/yr - A$140,000.00/yr Responsibilities Own end-to-end product development from ideation to delivery across the Back Office interface and global trading platform, including: Trading Automations & Trading Models Integrated Dashboards & Monitoring Drive the Back Office and Trading roadmaps in line with Dabble’s strategy and business priorities. Partner with Operations, Trading, and Technology to define initiatives, gather requirements, and support solution design - ensuring requirements are accurate, detailed, and clearly documented for development. Manage stakeholder relationships and expectations throughout delivery, maintaining strong engagement and clear communication. Lead product delivery within cross‑functional squads in line with Dabble’s software delivery process, including: Running sprint kick‑offs and delivery rhythm ceremonies to track progress Translating initiatives into clear, actionable technical requirements Owning backlog health across initiatives, improvements, and bugs (clear, current, well‑written tickets) Providing domain expertise and product support throughout build and release Leading user acceptance testing (UAT) and coordinating sign‑off Monitor adoption and usage across the Trading Platform to quantify business impact and benefits. Contribute to monthly and quarterly updates on plans, progress, and product releases. Skills & Qualifications Commercial experience working within a digital project team Experience with Trading, Market Management, and Risk Management tools (preferred) Experience integrating third‑party feed providers (e.g., odds and/or statistics providers) (preferred) Experience analysing product performance and reporting outcomes to stakeholders Proven ability to work day‑to‑day with developers, ensuring requirements are clearly understood and delivery meets specification Strong capability to analyse large datasets Excellent verbal and written communication skills Highly analytical with strong problem‑solving ability Strong interest across racing, sport, and betting (preferred) Seniority level: Mid‑Senior level Employment type: Full‑time Job function: Product Management Industries: Entertainment Providers #J-18808-Ljbffr
