Sitecraft are seeking innovative, driven and energetic Inside Sales professionals to join our team. The position will include uncovering and winning new business whilst handling warm inbound enquiries & converting them to loyal customers. If you're motivated by ambitious growth targets, driven to exceed expectations in a B2B environment, and have an interest for industrial products and delivering smart solutions to customers, this role is for you. What You will Be Doing Manage inbound calls, emails and website enquiries, providing tailored technical advice and solutions. Drive strategic growth by reconnecting with targeted lapsed accounts and executing new sales opportunities to grow market share. Develop and maintain existing customer relationships for repeat business. Prepare proposal documentation and quotes for new customers. Partner closely with internal teams to ensure a seamless customer experience and installation of equipment. Support the external sales team with lead generation and appointment setting. Leverage digital sales platforms and CRM systems to connect with customers and drive engagement throughout the sales process. Develop your product knowledge and stay ahead of industry trends. What We are Looking For: Experienced Inside Sales or Sales professionals who have achieved exceptional results. Proven experience in either internal sales, account management or technical customer service in B2B. Customer‑first mindset with strong negotiation and communication skills. Knowledge across industrial or trade related setting technical products. Organised, proactive and ability to follow through from first contact to completion. Demonstrate strong personal drive and initiative to deliver results in a fast‑paced environment. A can‑do attitude, curiosity and willingness to find better ways of working.
