Your opportunity The Senior Diversity and Social Inclusion Advisor was expected to drive the strategic direction and governance in diversity and social inclusion enhancing business outcomes and social impacts in project delivery. Key duties include Provide advice and guidance to the P&C Work Winning support for all tenders and bids regarding the social procurement and legacy KPIs and requirements. Develop and support the creation and implementation of the social inclusion strategy for the company. Develop and maintain an awareness of HSE hazards and associated risks and demonstrate a commitment to eliminate or minimise those risks Drive organizational change and a culture of consistency discipline and efficiency in all aspects of the role. Maintain productive relationships with Business Unit leaders projects internal functional leaders and other key stakeholders. Our minimum requirements for this role are Degree or post-graduate qualifications in Business Administration Human Resources Indigenous Studies or other associated disciplines Experience in a social procurement or similar role Experience in a large organisation construction-related field or social procurement field in government would be advantageous. Knowledge of government policies and requirements in the construction industry. Demonstrated ability to lead with positivity and enthusiasm and drive a solution-focused approach within the team and business.
