Trainer Assessor - Certificate IV in Plumbing and Services Builders Academy Australia (BAA) is a Registered Training Organisation (RTO) that works with employers, industry, and students to achieve exceptional training results. About the Role Builder Academy Australia is looking for passionate, qualified and experienced facilitators with expertise in Plumbing and Services to deliver the CERT IV Plumbing and Services (CPC40920) to our students. The position is a part‑time role, up to 10.5 hours per week (typically 2 days), and is fully remote. Key Responsibilities Delivery and assessment of the CPC40920 Certificate IV in Plumbing and Services. Reviewing, validating, moderating and improving training resources and assessment materials for the course. Consulting with key clients on their current and future workforce training needs. Grading student materials in a timely and accurate manner. Qualifications Five or more years of experience working in the Plumbing and Services industry. Holding a CPC40920 Certificate IV in Plumbing and Services or an equivalent qualification. Holding a TAE40116 Certificate IV in Training and Assessment. Current unrestricted driver’s licence. Demonstrated ability in high‑level communication, negotiation and consultation skills. Experience providing high‑level advice and guidance on complex matters. Strong relationship‑building and collaborative skills.
