BOOKKEEPER - JAPANESE SPEAKER - GOLD COAST - ACCOUNTING FIRM - $60K TO $80K (Job ID 897) Can you speak Japanese and enjoy helping clients thrive? Our client is a well‑regarded Gold Coast accounting and business services firm. The firm has steadily grown its client base and continues to provide high‑quality, cost‑effective services. They work with a diverse range of clients, from individuals to larger businesses and are committed to building trusted, long‑term partnerships that support clients' success. They are now seeking an experienced Bookkeeper who can speak Japanese language to support their expanding Japanese client portfolio. The role involves managing full‑cycle bookkeeping tasks, including accounts payable and receivable, bank and credit reconciliations, payroll and maintaining accurate financial records for companies, trusts and individuals. Successful candidate will also assist with reporting, liaise with clients and use accounting software such as Xero, MYOB, Sage and Excel to ensure accuracy and compliance. The ideal candidate will hold a bookkeeping or accounting qualification, have at least 3‑5 years' relevant experience and be fluent in both Japanese and English. Strong attention to detail, organisational skills and the ability to work independently or collaboratively are essential.
