As a Motor Assessor, you’ll apply your technical expertise to assess and quantify motor claims, ensuring sound outcomes that meet member expectations and uphold the integrity of our insurance products. You’ll collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to deliver an exceptional member experience, ensure compliance with industry standards, and support safe, effective vehicle repairs. This role involves both on‑road and central assessing responsibilities, with a strong focus on customer service, risk management, and cost‑effective repair strategies. You’ll be part of a team that values empathy, professionalism, and continuous improvement. This is a full‑time, salaried opportunity offering hybrid working conditions. This role is based in Brisbane and full training will be provided to support your success in this role.
