On a daily basis this role will be accountable for providing administrative support and act as a referral point to the Motor Assessors and Motor Assessing Managers whilst ensuring a consistent delivery of insurance claims services to our members.An eagerness to learn, we will train you in all the technical aspects of the role, no previous insurance experience is neededStrong computer literacy skills and the ability to learn new systems Strong verbal and written communication skillsGood customer service skills and a high attention to detailExperience in conflict resolution and negotiating Time management skills RAC recognise the value of flexible working arrangements to help you achieve a balance between work responsibilities and personal commitments.
