The HVAC Service Coordinator is responsible for managing the scheduling, coordination, and administrative processes that ensure the successful delivery of service and maintenance operations. This role acts as the central point between technicians, clients, and internal departments to support field efficiency, customer satisfaction, and compliance with Australian Standards (including AS Key Responsibilities Schedule and dispatch HVAC service technicians based on job priorities and availability. Monitor Uptick software daily to log jobs, update task statuses, and manage workflow. Respond promptly to incoming service requests via phone, email, or portal. Coordinate planned maintenance and urgent repairs across multiple commercial sites. Liaise with clients to confirm appointments, access requirements, and update service progress. Track and follow up on AFSS submissions, pending parts, and compliance deadlines. Ensure technicians have required site details, documentation, PPE, and tools prior to dispatch. Maintain real-time records of job progress, technician productivity, and service KPIs. Collaborate with Service Manager and Operations to improve scheduling efficiency and reduce downtime. Handle emergency call-outs and adjust technician routing when required. Generate service reports, compliance documentation, and client updates as needed. Contribute to internal team meetings, audits, and continuous improvement initiatives. Qualifications Minimum of 1–2 years of coordination or scheduling experience. Experience with Uptick software required at the start of employment. 3–5 years of HVAC industry experience required for this coordination role. #J-18808-Ljbffr
