Helmed by acclaimed chef and owner Spencer Patrick, the restaurant delivers an exceptional culinary experience. Located within the Sheraton Grand Mirage Resort, Harrisons caters to both public patrons and resort guests, with service available from Tuesday to Saturday each week. Known for its unique blend of flavours and warm ambiance, Harrisons invites guests to enjoy Social Hour from 3:30 PM to 5:30 PM and dinner from 5:30 PM, as well as lunch on Fridays and Saturdays from 12:30 PM to 2:30 PM. Role Description This is a full‑time, on‑site opportunity based in Port Douglas, QLD, for a Restaurant Manager. The successful candidate will oversee daily operations, including team management, ensuring exceptional customer satisfaction, and maintaining the highest standards of food and beverage service. Key responsibilities include managing staffing needs, supervising service quality, and collaborating with the kitchen team to deliver a seamless and memorable dining experience. Qualifications Demonstrated expertise in Customer Satisfaction and Customer Service, ensuring a welcoming and positive guest experience Experience in Hiring and team development to build and maintain a motivated, efficient team Strong Communication skills for effective collaboration with staff, clients, and suppliers Practical knowledge of Food & Beverage management, including inventory oversight and service excellence Ability to oversee restaurant operations efficiently and uphold high standards in quality and customer care Previous experience in hospitality management and leadership preferred Capacity to thrive in a fast‑paced environment and manage multiple priorities effectively Seniority level Mid‑Senior level Employment type Full‑time Job function Management and Manufacturing Industry Restaurants #J-18808-Ljbffr
