As we expand our reach and impact, we’re looking for an experienced Senior Marketing Officer to join our Marketing team and help bring our story to life. The Opportunity: This is a hands‑on, mid‑level marketing role for someone with 4–5 years’ experience who thrives on coordinating campaigns, producing aligned content, supporting digital activity, and strengthening brand presence across multiple channels. You’ll work closely with the Head of Marketing to deliver integrated campaigns, support PR and communications activity, and ensure consistent, high‑quality messaging that reflects the purpose and growth of the organisation. Every day, your work will directly contribute to increasing access, awareness and positive outcomes for the young people and families we serve. What You’ll Do: Coordinate and deliver marketing campaigns across digital, print, social and events Support PR and communications through drafting key messages, media materials and external communication content Oversee digital activity including website updates, analytics reporting, and paid digital campaigns (Meta, Google Ads, retargeting) Support brand consistency and content alignment across all communications Collaborate with college teams, partners and suppliers to support enrolment and community engagement initiatives Provide guidance to junior team members and contribute to a positive, purpose‑led team culture What You’ll Bring 4–5 years’ experience in marketing, communications or digital Strong campaign coordination skills with the ability to manage multiple deadlines Confident writing and content development skills across multiple formats Experience with digital marketing tools, analytics, and paid social/search A proactive mindset, attention to detail, and a willingness to get hands‑on The ability to build trusting relationships with school teams, partners and agencies A passion for purpose‑driven work and supporting better opportunities for young people Why Join Ohana for Youth?
