What You Will Do This role supports our Social Media & Creative Content Lead and is responsible for ensuring our online communities are engaged and growing as well as developing, scheduling, amplifying and analysing content. You’ll be working on a globally awarded brand that values social media, community and creativity, building our brand world online through written storytelling, creative ideation and community management. As the custodian of our social media channels, you’ll be managing our accounts day-to-day, driving and analysing performance, and keeping the wider team close to what is happening online. Grow and engage our online communities through daily community management of brand social media channels including Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, Google Business and Tripadvisor Craft compelling copy for social media Amplify organic social media content (Meta Ads Manager) Support management of paid social media campaigns Monitor, analyse, and report on social media performance, providing insights and recommendations to optimise engagement and reach. Collaborate with internal teams including marketing, design, web, hospitality and customer service to support integrated campaigns. Manage digital touchpoints to ensure information is up to date and content is published correctly Support content creation for social media channels (e.g. live Instagram stories, briefing in design assets), working closely with the Social Media & Content Producer and Social Media & Creative Content Lead To Thrive In This Role, You’ll Need A knack and passion for written storytelling An understanding of social platforms and content performance for business An all-out love for customers, craft and culture A creative mindset with a sharp eye for detail Strong analytical skills and the ability to turn data into action An attitude of ownership towards our distillery and our gins Qualification in Marketing, Communication, Media, Arts or equivalent is desirable What’s In It For You Join a globally awarded gin brand with a cult following that values social media and creativity.
