The Role To provide support to our group of Caravan Parks, Holiday Parks and Wellness Centres across Victoria. We currently have opportunities for full-time roles. The role will attract representatives who have flexible availability to work a rotating roster including weekend shifts. This is a fully remote work from home position. The role responsibilities will include: Inbound and outbound guest communication through phone, email, SMS and live chat Provide excellent customer service, by responding to guests’ needs or concerns and ensure the quality of service meets agreed customer experience standards Engaging with guests, promoting and up-selling our services Supporting our Caravan Parks, Holiday Parks, Wellness Centres with securing and managing bookings. Responsible for conversion of online enquiries to sales Develop positive relationships with guests to provide a great guest experience The ideal candidate will have: Strong attention to detail Experience in guest facing roles Proficient use of computers and IT systems Solution focused National Police check Working with children check The Company BelgraviaPRO is a management services company specialising in the operation of tourism properties, from campgrounds to large-scale tourist parks.
