The unit supports both staff and patients in a vibrant regional city offering a unique lifestyle. About the Role Support patients during admission and discharge for surgical procedures, prioritising people over processes. Work in a team‑based, high‑quality care environment with 8‑hour shifts covering weekdays and weekends (7:00 – 18:30). About You Proactive, compassionate nurse who thrives in a fast‑paced, team‑based setting. Strong time‑management, clear communication, collaboration, initiative, punctuality and respect in day‑to‑day practice. Eager to learn and grow, with knowledge of (or willingness to develop skills in) ACCORN AS5369 GENCA and infection‑control principles. Flexibility to work 8‑hour shifts across weekdays and weekends is essential. Requirements Enrolled Nurse (Medication Endorsed where applicable) with current Authority to Practice with AHPRA.
