What’s on offer Fulton Hogan is proud to manage the Sydney Airport Grounds Maintenance Contract with a skilled team that performs works including minor civil works, guard rail repairs, line marking, pavement repairs, landscaping, vegetation management, horticultural and arborist works, litter collection, street sweeping, and cleaning both airside and landside locations at Sydney Airport. Role Overview We are looking for an Operations Supervisor to be responsible for overseeing the day‑to‑day technical operations on the contract. You will ensure construction activities are executed safely, accurately, and in accordance with project specifications and regulatory standards. Responsibilities Ensure records are maintained to meet employee, organisational and statutory requirements. Communicate effectively and professionally with both internal and external stakeholders, ensuring confidentiality of all written and verbal communication. Provide technical guidance to site teams, subcontractors, and stakeholders, interpreting plans, drawings, and specifications. Monitor construction quality, conduct inspections, and ensure compliance with project standards, codes, and regulations. Alignment with our values of Respect, Energy & Effort, Attitude & Leadership . Requirements & Qualifications To be successful in this role you will have similar experience within civil construction working on civil infrastructure projects. You will have excellent organisational skills with demonstrated ability to work within tight deadlines. You will have the ability to positively influence and lead a team/subcontractors.
