Junior HSEQ Officer and site labourer/supervisor Our clients are a well‑known and rapidly growing construction company with multiple sites across Mandurah, Perth and the suburbs, with the head office located close to Perth CBD. Due to growth, the company now requires a Junior HSEQ Officer/site labourer for this newly created vacancy on a full‑time basis to work in the Mandurah area. Overview To review/write procedures and correct processes to bring the company in line with building expectations of safety first for all. Responsibilities Initial dual duties of HSEQ and site Labourer/supervisor Implement policies and procedures across the company and out to all necessary stakeholders. Implementation of a training proposal and budget. Implementation of chosen HSEQ system. Drive the company's aim to become ISO accredited. Manage the ongoing HSEQ of all the sites, employees and stakeholders. Managing training and inductions for sub‑contractors. Keep business updated on changes to HSEQ and ISO standards. Conduct internal audits. Liaise with ISO auditors. Report directly into the HSEQ manager and general manager. Qualifications and requirements Have experience with ISO and OFSC Accreditation and standards. Experience in HSEQ Risk Management. Experience in implementing controls to support business operations. Previously worked within a HSEQ Officer role. Excellent interpersonal skills and organisational and communication skills. Ideally hold the appropriate qualifications. Hold an Australian driver license and be a resident visa holder or Australian citizen. Willing to work in a dual role of a junior HSEQ and site labourer/supervisor. Willing to commute to the Mandurah area daily. In return A fantastic salary of between $95,000 to $125,000 + Super. Be part of a rapidly growing company. Friendly team. Modern offices.
