As we continue to expand, we’re seeking an exceptional Marketing Manager to lead our brand growth and customer engagement strategy. About the Role We’re looking for the best of the best — a visionary marketing leader who can elevate our brand, drive sales across multiple retail sites, and build meaningful connections with our community. As Marketing Manager, you’ll oversee all aspects of brand strategy, campaign execution, digital marketing, partnerships, and creative direction. You’ll work directly with the executive team to define and execute the group’s marketing roadmap, ensuring every touchpoint — from our stores to social media — reflects the quality and spirit of L’épi. Key Responsibilities Develop and execute a comprehensive marketing strategy across retail, wholesale, and e-commerce channels. Oversee all digital marketing activities including social media, website content, paid campaigns, and email marketing. Manage and grow brand partnerships, community events, and seasonal product launches. Analyse campaign performance and consumer insights to guide business decisions. Lead creative content direction for photography, copywriting, and design. Work closely with store managers and leadership to ensure consistent brand messaging and activation across all locations. About You 10+ years’ experience in marketing, ideally within retail, hospitality, or FMCG sectors. Proven success in brand strategy, growth marketing, and team leadership. A creative and analytical mindset — comfortable overseeing both big-picture brand identity and data-driven results. Strong digital marketing expertise across Meta Ads, Google Ads, SEO, and CRM tools. Exceptional communication, leadership, and project management skills. Passion for food, design, and community — an understanding of the hospitality industry is a plus.
