Digital Marketing Manager (AI-Powered) at PuffyRemote, Full‑time, Mid‑Senior level (Marketing) Compensation Base pay: $110,000 – $130,000 per annum Performance bonus: up to 25% of annual salary Total annual package: up to USD 167,300 Role Overview Puffy is a top 5 US mattress brand with 100% YoY growth. The Digital Marketing Manager will own Meta and multi‑channel paid strategies that drive 8‑figure revenue impact. The role includes launching, optimizing, and scaling campaigns across Meta, Google Ads, YouTube, and emerging platforms while supporting affiliate, SEO, SEM, and email channels. What Is In It For You Own multi‑channel strategy with revenue accountability Partner with the 1% of the top 5 mattress brands in the US and work with a Forbes Council member CEO Embrace radical flexibility: work from anywhere with a global team spanning 14+ nationalities Build a marketing playbook others will copy and influence company‑wide strategy Responsibilities Architect campaigns from scratch with clear success metrics and focus on revenue, ROAS, and scalable systems Hands‑on daily optimisation: build campaigns, test creatives, analyze attribution, and ship experiments fast Coordinate with design and cross‑functional teams at velocity, steering campaigns from prospecting to conversion Qualifications 5+ years total experience, including at least 2 years managing Meta campaigns for D2C brands; proven success driving revenue across multiple digital channels Working knowledge of affiliate, SEO, SEM, and email marketing and ability to contribute to strategy Hands‑on expertise in Google Ads, YouTube, and other performance platforms; track record of meeting or exceeding ROAS goals Proficient in campaign tracking, attribution analysis, and data interpretation for strategic decisions Experience optimising funnels from awareness through conversion, including ad‑to‑LP optimisation Ability to generate compelling ad concepts and guide creative assets with design teams Good‑to‑have: background in mattress, furniture, or home goods; experience with programmatic channels and TikTok Ads; familiarity with automated ad creation tools and DCO; video content optimisation; Meta Shopping and social commerce integrations The Puffy DNA We are restless, hungry, and fast‑paced, driven by an unwavering belief that we can outperform any competitor regardless of size.
