Change Manager - must be based in Australia Job Title: Change ManagerLocation: Remote (Brisbane, Adelaide, Melbourne or Sydney)Contract Length: 6 months initiallyDay Rate: $800 per day inc super Overview Our banking client is seeking a highly capable and hands‑on Change Manager to join a critical data transformation program. The project is already in‑flight and requires someone who can hit the ground running. This is a high‑impact role within a fast‑paced environment experiencing significant change. This role requires a strong background in engagement and training, along with experience in delivering technology change through platform upgrades. Key Responsibilities Lead and deliver change management activities across a data‑focused transformation program. Support the implementation of new data governance frameworks and technology platforms. Drive the adoption and rollout of new data tools across business units. Engage stakeholders across technical and non‑technical teams to ensure smooth change transitions. Develop and deliver training programs and user adoption strategies. Support communications planning and execution related to change initiatives. Work closely with cross‑functional teams to embed change and manage resistance. Requirements Proven experience as a Change Manager, ideally within data or financial services environments. Strong background in implementing technology platforms such as Microsoft 365. Skilled in stakeholder engagement, with the ability to communicate effectively across all levels. Demonstrated capability in delivering training and enabling adoption of new tools or processes. Experience with communications and change collateral development. Resilience and adaptability - able to work in environments with high ambiguity and ongoing transformation. Hands‑on, delivery‑focused approach - not just strategic oversight.
