About the role : We’re looking for a Organisational Change Manager who wants to make an impact to how our clients work and operate. As a skilled practitioner who is experienced working in complex multi-layered change programs, you will partner with our clients to design and implement activities that support the adoption of change by their teams and increase engagement. About you Previous experience in a similar role working with a large complex enterprise or government environment The ability to navigate complex organisational changes involving multiple stakeholders, including executive sponsors, senior leaders and impacted team members Experienced in delivering tailored, fit-for-purpose change management plans, communication strategies and engagement activities for enterprise-wide change initiatives The ability to consult and engage with leaders to identify and mitigate potential people risks for change Strong influencing skills and ability to persuade leaders to recognise the need for change Certifications in PROSCI or other change management methodologies is highly regarded Develop and implement a business change management strategy and plan Scope and size business change management activities and associated resourcing requirement Develop reporting and training programs across new systems and tools Why join us At NCS Australia, you'll be part of a team that values your growth and development.
