About the Role We are seeking an experienced Senior Project Manager / Project Lead to take ownership of a large-scale, high-value ICT business transformation program. This role is suited to a proven leader who thrives in complex environments, driving critical digital initiatives from design through to delivery. You will be responsible for building and guiding high-performing teams, managing stakeholders at all levels, and ensuring successful delivery of enterprise solutions that directly impact education and frontline services across the Northern Territory. Key Responsibilities Lead the end-to-end delivery of a highly complex ICT business solution project. Oversee solution requirements, procurement, design, configuration, implementation, and transition into steady-state support. Establish and manage governance structures, project planning, risk, and issue resolution. Engage, influence, and negotiate with a broad range of stakeholders to ensure outcomes align with business priorities. Drive organisational change management and adoption through human-centred design and structured methodologies. Provide clear leadership in areas of probity, compliance, and strategic planning. Essential Experience 10+ years’ experience delivering enterprise-scale ICT programs in large, complex environments. Formal qualifications in project management (e.g., PRINCE2, PMBOK, Agile certifications). Proven track record of delivering projects on time, within scope and budget. Strong leadership, interpersonal, and communication skills across business and vendor stakeholders. Expertise in governance, probity, risk/issue management, and strategic delivery. Demonstrated capability in large-scale organisational change and ICT integration programs. Stakeholder engagement experience, applying negotiation and human-centred design principles. Familiarity with Microsoft tools (SharePoint, MS Suite) and JIRA. Knowledge of IT Service Management frameworks. Previous experience working in government or regulated environments is highly desirable.
