Job Description We’re looking for a Paralegal who’s ready to make an impact across a diverse portfolio of legal matters, from corporate and regulatory to complex international projects. This is a unique opportunity to work alongside a passionate in-house legal team on high-profile deals and strategic projects across Australia and Southeast Asia . You’ll play a key role in supporting our legal operations, contract management and compliance framework. What you’ll do: Provide effective legal and administrative support to the Legal Team Support the legal team in preparing, reviewing, negotiating and managing a wide range of contracts. Research and analyse legal issues to support innovative approaches to the provision of legal advice Coordinate document approvals and execution, maintain legal registers, and support corporate governance processes. Undertake project tasks and provide reports in relation to legal and contract management issues Develop and maintain current knowledge in relation to NEXTDC’s business (including policies and procedures) and the legal practice areas in which the paralegal works Work collaboratively as part of a multidisciplinary team Our team is hiring this casual position to work with us 2 days a week (what days may be flexible to your schedule). We are happy to consider applications from Canberra or Brisbane based candidates.
