Position We are seeking a full‑time Production Operator to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for operating labelling and cartoning machines, visual inspection, and packaging of products in a GMP environment. You will support the filling process, safely move materials, and collaborate with the production team to ensure smooth operations and adherence to quality standards. A strong commitment to safety, accurate documentation, and compliance with company policies will be essential for success in this role. Responsibilities & Duties Labelling and Cartoning: Operate labelling and cartoning machines and perform size changeovers efficiently to meet production targets. Documentation and Reporting: Maintain accurate production records, including labelling, packaging, cleaning, and other logs. Report any issues, equipment malfunctions, or deviations from procedures to the production manager or appropriate personnel. Assisting in Filling Process: Support the filling process by performing crating off the filled vials, ensuring proper packaging and transportation of the products. Material Movement: Safely operate pallet jacks to move materials and products throughout the production area as required, following established safety protocols. Safety and Compliance: Comply with all safety regulations, company policies, and procedures to ensure a safe working environment. Participate in safety training and actively contribute to the maintenance of a safety‑first culture. Quality Assurance: Adhere to batch documentation and quality control procedures and guidelines to ensure products meet the required specifications and quality standards. Work Experience & Skills Comprehension of written GMP documentation and adherence to SOPs is essential Prior experience in a production or manufacturing environment is preferred. Mechanical aptitude and familiarity with production equipment is highly regarded. Understanding of continuous improvement methods (e.g. Kaizen, Kanban) is highly regarded Ability to lift and move heavy materials up to 20 Kg. Strong organizational and time‑management skills to prioritise workload effectively. Good communication and interpersonal skills to work collaboratively with team members and follow instructions from supervisors.
