We are currently seeking a capable and motivated Civil Designer to join our South Brisbane team and contribute to the delivery of high‑quality land development projects across South East Queensland. Your Role Reporting to the Civil Design Manager, you’ll be responsible for delivering technically sound design outcomes across a range of urban development projects. You will: Undertake concept and detailed engineering design using 12d and AutoCAD. Deliver high‑quality, timely technical work across earthworks, roads, drainage and services. Coordinate with internal teams, local authorities, and external consultants. Manage your workload and deadlines across multiple projects. Contribute to a collaborative, multi‑disciplinary design team. About You Associate Degree or Advanced Diploma in Civil Engineering. Minimum 2 years’ post‑graduate experience in civil design. Competent in 12d and AutoCAD. Experience in designing roadworks, stormwater drainage, sewer and water reticulation is ideal. Familiarity with legislation, codes, and established design practices. Strong problem‑solving and analytical skills. Excellent verbal and written communication. Keen to grow your capabilities and embrace emerging technologies.
