The Role We are looking for a motivated and experienced full‑time Commis Chef to join our dynamic team. Job Title: Commis Chef Location: Amora Hotel Jamison Sydney Employment Type: Full‑time Responsibilities & Requirements Culinary Excellence: Assist in the creation and execution of exquisite culinary offerings that delight guests. Passion for Food: Infuse dishes with creativity, flavour and flair. Experience: At least 3 years of a la carte or banquet experience. Kitchen Collaboration: Work closely with seasoned chefs to ensure menus reflect our commitment to excellence. Adaptability: Work in a fast‑paced environment and prioritise workload. Attention to Detail: Maintain strong attention to detail, precision and finesse. Quality Assurance: Uphold impeccable standards of food hygiene, safety and presentation.
