This pivotal role ensures a smooth and professional admissions experience for families and contributes to the ongoing growth and success of the College. As Our Registrar, Your Responsibilities Will Include Developing and implementing an enrolment strategy aligned with the College’s objectives and priorities Evaluate enrolment data, market trends and stakeholder insights to guide planning and decision‑making Managing the end-to-end admissions process, ensuring a seamless and welcoming experience for prospective families Collaborating with the Marketing Manager to ensure clear and engaging communication with prospective families Supervise and support the Assistant Registrar in day‑to‑day operations Coordinate enrolment interviews and events such as Open Day, tours, and parent information evenings Work closely with the International Office regarding overseas student admissions To Be Considered For This Opportunity You Will Have Experience in a similar role in a school environment (min 3 years) Excellent interpersonal and communication skills with a customer‑focused approach Exceptional attention to detail and accuracy. High ethical standards and integrity in handling sensitive information. Organizational skills to manage multiple tasks and deadlines efficiently. Advanced computer literacy Commitment to the Catholic and St Augustine’s educational values and child safety.
