Base pay range A$126,885.00/yr - A$163,694.00/yr Role Overview As a Learning Facilitator within the PWSS Academy team, you will be responsible for supporting the delivery of workplace learning and development for those who work or volunteer in Commonwealth Parliamentary Workplaces (CPWs) across Australia. The role will require you to deliver face‑to‑face and face‑to‑screen programs to diverse cohorts on subject matter that supports more positive, safe and respectful workplaces. You will also identify and implement learning opportunities to be offered within the Professional Development Program (PDP) framework, and contribute to the continuous improvement of the PDP and program materials (including facilitator guides, visual references, workbooks, fact sheets and online modules/content). Responsibilities Deliver face‑to‑face and face‑to‑screen learning programs for CPW staff and volunteers. Identify and develop learning opportunities within the PDP framework. Contribute to the enhancement of PDP materials, including facilitator guides, visual references, workbooks, fact sheets and online modules. Maintain high levels of personal and professional resilience, sound judgement, and the ability to respond to and shift priorities in a fast‑paced environment. Support continuous improvement through feedback and innovative practices. Qualifications & Expectations Committed to improving parliamentary workplace culture. Able to deliver under pressure to meet tight timeframes and manage competing priorities. Responsive and flexible to change, with the ability to quickly shift focus. Demonstrated experience in developing and/or delivering workplace training programmes or adult education initiatives. Willingness to undertake regular interstate travel.
