This is a significant milestone for our business and our enduring 80+ year relationship with the Australian Defence Force. We're inviting applications to join our permanent workforce at RAAF Richmond as an Estate Appraisal & Asset Data Auditor. What You’ll Do This role offers a broad scope, with key responsibilities including: Conducting estate condition assessments and asset data verification audits at Defence sites. Validating and maintaining asset information in Defence estate systems (e.g., GEMS, DEIS, WMS). Engaging with internal teams, subcontractors and Defence stakeholders to ensure data accuracy and compliance. Preparing and submitting appraisal reports, supporting audits, and contributing to continuous improvement initiatives. Promoting Downer’s Zero Harm values and ensuring all activities comply with WHS and environmental legislation. What You’ll Bring Certificate IV in Asset Management or equivalent (mandatory). Demonstrated experience in asset auditing, condition assessment, and data analysis. Diploma of Asset Management Planning, construction, engineering, or facilities management qualification (desirable). Asbestos Awareness, White Card, and site access credentials (desirable). Ability to obtain and retain Defence Security Clearance (Australian Citizenship required).
