Join to apply for the Project Manager – Client Side Consultancy role at Bluestone Recruitment. Our client is a market leading national project management Consultancy who provide full lifecycle PM services across the BTR, Hotel, Education, Health and Commercial Sectors. Due to consistent growth in their project pipeline, this group are currently looking to add a Project Manager from a client side consultancy, developer or head contractor construction background. Working under the guidance of a highly respected senior leadership team, you will oversee the delivery of a diverse range of projects, working from brief development and front-end design through to construction delivery. This role will see you heavily involved in stakeholder engagement and design management to ensure projects are on course to meet client expectations. You will provide assistance in managing the builder, coordinating the design team and ensure the client is fully engaged throughout the project. About You This role will suit candidates from a construction background who are looking to transition to the client side or those with client side experience. You will have worked as a Project Engineer, Contract Administrator or Project Manager with at least 4-10 years of professional experience on the Eastern Seaboard. Ideally you will have gained exposure to the full project lifecycle from front-end design through the construction delivery. This is a client facing role so excellent communication skills and ability to built rapport with stakeholders is a non-negotiable.
