You’ll play a key role in ensuring smooth execution of VIP campaigns, operational processes, and performance reporting. This role requires a strong mix of analytical thinking, organizational skills, and hands-on experience within iGaming operations. Key Responsibilities : CRM & Campaign Operations Support the setup, execution, and monitoring of CRM campaigns. Ensure segmentation and targeting logic are accurate. Coordinate with teams to align VIP campaigns with overall retention strategies. Conduct QA testing on campaigns and promotions before launch to ensure flawless player delivery. Analytics & Reporting Maintain and analyze daily and weekly VIP performance reports. Identify trends, anomalies, and actionable insights within player data. Support KPI tracking across the team, portfolios, and campaigns using Tableau, Excel, or Google Sheets. Assist with day-to-day processes operational reporting and recurring analytical tasks. Operational Support Keep VIP documentation, playbooks, and process guides up to date. Support bonus allocations, reward setups and other ongoing operations. Manage internal forms, data validation, and player tagging to ensure system accuracy. Liaise with internal teams to proactively resolve operational challenges. Process Optimization Review and refine existing workflows to improve efficiency and scalability. Support testing and implementation of new tools or system features impacting VIP operations. Collaborate with other departments to streamline CRM processes, automations, and dashboards. Requirements Minimum 2 years of experience in iGaming (Casino, Sportsbook, or CRM / Retention Operations). Working knowledge of CRM platforms Proficiency in Excel / Google Sheets, with experience in data analysis and dashboard reporting. Analytical mindset with the ability to translate numbers into insights and actionable recommendations. Strong problem-solving, organizational, and communication skills. Prior experience supporting VIP or CRM teams is highly desirable.
