Responsibilities: Stakeholder Management Act as the primary point of contact for clients throughout the project Communicate clearly with all stakeholders to ensure smooth and efficient project completion Build and maintain strong, trusting relationships with clients, suppliers, subcontractors and stakeholders to ensure long‑term business success Project Planning and Management Create, manage and distribute documentation such as Scope of Works, Project Plans and Construction Schedules per project Follow project plans to ensure stakeholders are aligned and projects remain on track Set up, prepare and manage pre‑start meetings, aligning all stakeholders in advance of these meetings Organise and attend additional site meetings where required Manage the Project Handover process, including scheduling and attending handover meetings with clients Budget and Resource Management Support the management of resource planning across multiple projects Manage projects to agreed time and budget constraints and ensure CAs and trades remain on track Manage and track project variations, ensuring approval and invoicing of each Manage final documentation and liaise with Finance for invoicing of projects at project completion Monitoring and Reporting Share project status and progress updates to relevant stakeholders on a regular basis Monitor projects and assess risk throughout, ensuring mitigations are in place for each risk assessment Team Leadership and Coordination Support and instruct Contract Administrators in their role and responsibilities, such as, confirming when permit applications or purchase orders need to be raised Attend site project kick off meetings to ensure the team are set up for success Health and Safety / Compliance Manage and maintain OH&S practices across all sites, ensuring OH&S compliance for Retail Outfit Key Skills: 5+ years of experience in a project manager role, ideally within the shopfitting industry Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills Strong leadership and team building skills Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and design plans Experience in identifying issues and risks and working to resolve these to meet tight deadlines Must hold a White Card and a current driver's licence #J-18808-Ljbffr
