This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast‑paced environment, enjoys leading a team, and takes pride in delivering exceptional customer service. As the Café Supervisor, you will oversee the daily operations of the store, ensure smooth service, manage staff, and maintain a high level of store presentation and efficiency. You must be available to work weekends, public holidays, and peak trading periods. Role is available for immediate start. Key Responsibilities Lead and supervise the store team to deliver outstanding customer service. Oversee day‑to‑day store operations, including opening/closing procedures. Manage staff rosters, training, performance, and workflow. Handle customer enquiries, feedback, and problem resolution. Manage stock ordering, deliveries, inventory levels, and stock rotation (FIFO). Ensure the store meets cleanliness, presentation, and safety standards at all times. Process POS transactions, cash handling, and daily reconciliation. Support sales growth through merchandising, promotions, and service excellence. Maintain compliance with company policies, WHS standards, and operational procedures. What We’re Looking For Previous experience in managing Gelato or café business Strong leadership and communication skills. Excellent customer service and problem‑solving ability. Strong organisational skills and attention to detail. Ability to work well under pressure and manage competing priorities. A proactive, reliable, and hands‑on approach to management.
