You will join as a Senior Support Engineer who thrives in a fast-paced, client-facing environment. You'll play a key role in delivering Level 2/3 support, owning complex technical issues, and contributing to infrastructure, cloud, and security projects. It’s a hands-on role with variety and autonomy ideal for someone who enjoys solving problems and building strong client relationships. In this Role you will: Provide Level 2/3 support across infrastructure, Microsoft 365, and security. Manage and resolve client tickets via the Service Desk. Maintain system availability, backups, patching, and DR readiness. Liaise with vendors and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives. Occasional onsite client work and participation in an on-call rotation. You will have: Proven experience in an MSP or fast-paced IT support role. Strong knowledge of Microsoft 365 (Intune, Exchange, Entra ID, Defender, Autopilot). Experience with AD, DNS, DHCP, group policy, and virtualisation. Familiarity with cybersecurity, firewalls, Linux admin, and backup/DR tools. Excellent communication and a proactive, team-oriented mindset. Industry certifications (or willingness to obtain).
