You’ll have a key voice in shaping the future of the practice, from clinical protocols to team development. You will: Drive clinical standards and support the vet team Lead practice operations alongside the Practice Manager Get protected time for leadership duties Continue hands‑on clinical work, split with leadership responsibilities About the Practice This is a busy, small animal practice with a loyal client base and an experienced, collaborative team. The surgery is well‑equipped with digital x‑ray, ultrasound, in‑house lab, and dedicated surgical facilities. You’ll be supported by a strong nursing team and a Practice Manager focused on staff wellbeing and development. The practice encourages open communication, team growth, and work‑life balance. Ideal Candidate RCVS-registered Veterinary Surgeon Confident in both clinical and leadership settings Passionate about team development and high‑quality care Prior leadership experience is desirable, but not essential – training and mentorship available Interested?
