What You Will Do Shape and execute NRI's consulting strategy, aligning practice direction with business growth and client needs. Represent NRI in the market as a senior leader, building and deepening trusted relationships with executives and partners. Oversee engagement delivery, ensuring operational excellence, quality outcomes, and commercial success across complex programs. Act as a strategic advisor to clients, providing deep insights and helping solve their most pressing business challenges. Drive business development, leveraging your network and expertise to create opportunities and lead client conversations. Lead transformation initiatives that uplift consulting practice capability, innovation, and future readiness. Champion knowledge sharing and intellectual property creation, embedding a culture of continuous learning and growth. Inspire, mentor, and develop high‑performing consulting teams, unlocking people's potential and fostering collaboration. What You Will Bring Significant leadership experience in management consulting, ideally at Partner, Director, or Principal level. Deep expertise in consulting business management and strong understanding of the consulting model. A proven track record of shaping and delivering large-scale transformation initiatives with measurable business impact. Exceptional client relationship and stakeholder management skills, with the credibility to influence at executive and board level. Strong commercial acumen, with the ability to drive P&L outcomes, shape offerings, and deliver operational excellence. Ability to translate strategy into execution while identifying and implementing performance metrics and improvement initiatives. Proven success in people leadership— inspiring, mentoring, and developing consulting talent at scale. Technical proficiency with tools such as Salesforce, Oracle, Planview, PowerBI, Excel, and PowerPoint to support analysis and decision‑making.
