What We Are Looking For A hard‑working, vibrant leader to join our front‑of‑house team in Western Australia, experienced in ensuring solid operations, exceptional guest experiences, and adherence to legal and health standards. Key Responsibilities Manage staff, including training, rostering, and on‑shift supervision. Oversee operations across the venue, including the restaurant, bar, and functions. Maintain overall FOH operational facets of the business. Adhere to, audit, and enforce OH&S and Food Hygiene procedures. Identify opportunities to build sales and revenue while controlling costs. Ensure superior service and quality to deliver outstanding guest experiences. Create a positive working environment and lead by example as a senior restaurant leader. Keep current market knowledge and execute promotional/marketing concepts to aid business growth. Drive revenue and achieve financial targets through strategic management of food, beverage, customer service, and operations. Qualifications & Experience Minimum 1 year hospitality management experience. Exposure to both bar and restaurant environments. Experience in controlling financial aspects of a business. Strong leadership, training, and team development skills. RSA, RSG, TAB Basics & Advanced certifications required. First aid certificate and Managers Certificate preferred.
