To lead this critical function were looking for a Servicing & Warranty Advisor whos passionate about helping customers confident in their mechanical understanding and ready to run daily operations with excellence. The Role & What Youll Do As our Servicing & Warranty Advisor youll be the go-to contact for customers needing repairs maintenance or warranty assistance. Youll manage the service desk coordinate with workshop teams and ensure that every interaction is handled professionally and transparently. Heres what youll be doing: Guide customers through the servicing and repair process Manage the day-to-day operations of our service and workshop team Handle warranty claim discussions and help customers navigate outcomes Ensure performance targets and service SLAs are met Upsell additional services that improve vehicle reliability and longevity Liaise between customers and technicians to ensure clarity and trust Keep accurate records and stay across every repair claim and recommendation Work onsite MondayFriday full-time Requirements 1 to 2 years experience in service advising workshop coordination or automotive operations Confident communicator with a strong customer-first mindset Ability to explain service needs costs and timelines clearly and professionally Highly organised and able to manage service bookings and multiple tasks under pressure Comfortable working between customers and technicians to resolve inquiries and service updates Solid computer skills and experience with service platforms or CRMs Confidence upselling additional products or repairs Valid Australian drivers licence and willingness to undergo a police/background check Benefits Uncapped earnings (base super commission) Monthly $60 phone allowance Employee Assistance Program Performance-based bonuses Access to a $500 annual wellness allowance Ground-up opportunity to shape how service & warranty work in a unique AutoTech dealership Work with a high-performing collaborative team that values growth and trust If youre ready to manage a next-gen service and warranty operation and you care about quality teamwork and customer outcomes apply today and help shape the future of servicing at CARS24 .
