Beds nDreams is an Australian owned and run bedding and mattress specialist with 32 stores across Australia, including four in Western Australia. Our mission is to provide our customers with good quality products at affordable prices on top of great customer service. About the role Beds nDreams are seeking a reliable, confident and enthusiastic full-time Sales Consultant to join our Midland sales team. Bedding experience is not essential and training will be provided. Key Responsibilities Working as part of a small team Contributing to the sales performance of your store Following up customer quotes Engaging customers in a positive and friendly manner, providing excellent customer service Using a Point of Sale system to enter sales, a range of administrative and after sales duties Assembling and disassembling of display furniture and goods Maintaining the presentation of the store, including cleaning, tidying and moving furniture when necessary. Leading applicants will Have the flexibility and reliability to work across a 7-day roster including weekends Understand the need for superior customer service Have previous experience working in a selling environment (sales in bedding or furniture is desirable but not a requirement) Be pro- active, driven, enthusiastic and reliable Have an eye for detail and good organisation skills Want to be part of our growing brand.
