About the Role Toll Group are seeking an experienced Warehouse Operations Supervisor to lead our operations at Whyte Island—a Major Hazard Facility handling dangerous goods and complex supply chain activities. This is not your typical warehouse role; it’s an opportunity to work in a highly specialised environment where safety compliance and operational excellence are paramount. Key Responsibilities Lead and develop a team of warehouse professionals fostering a culture of safety and continuous improvement. Oversee all warehouse and terminal operations ensuring compliance with Chain of Responsibility (CoR), load restraint, DG storage and transport and fatigue management requirements. Drive operational excellence through Lean principles, 5S and continuous improvement initiatives. Manage critical system maintenance schedules and value‑add services such as decanting and repacking. Build strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders to deliver exceptional customer service. Eligibility and Qualifications Proven experience in logistics operations and in a supervisory role. Strong knowledge of warehouse and transport operations including CoR and DG compliance. Excellent leadership, communication and stakeholder management skills. Frontline Management qualification (or similar) and a Forklift licence desirable. Must be entitled to work in Australia and be prepared to undertake pre‑employment checks including a criminal history check and medical.
