About the role: Reporting to the Branch Manager, you will manage sales and inventory of products including ag chem, fertiliser, and other agricultural merchandise. You will collaborate with store management, agronomists, and sales teams, providing support such as stock takes, retail operations improvements, on-farm meetings, technical information, and mentoring to enhance performance. You will contribute to branch budgets, manage the P&L, negotiate with suppliers, develop pricing strategies, oversee stock levels, and implement marketing initiatives to maintain competitiveness. You will analyze market trends, climatic, and seasonal factors to ensure Nutrien Ag Solutions remains the first choice for rural customers in the region. About You: To succeed, you should have a strong technical background with experience in a similar role, along with: Experience in pricing, margin management, and achieving sales targets through effective category development. Ability to network and identify opportunities for business growth. Strong interpersonal skills to build long-term relationships. Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Experience with SAP ERP and strong MS Excel skills for reporting. Current Driver’s Licence (Essential). Forklift and heavy rigid licence (Desirable).
