Experienced US Markets Trader (Night Shift) Work With Lead Trader We are seeking a confident and experienced US Markets Trader to join our trading desk and operate directly alongside a professional lead trader. This role is ideal for someone who understands market structure deeply, can execute confidently under pressure, and brings a strong command of modern trading tools, charts, and real‑time market analysis. You will trade live US equities, identify high‑probability opportunities, analyse intraday momentum and catalysts, and contribute to the continuous improvement of our trading systems, tools, and workflows. This is a night‑shift position aligned with US market hours, suited to someone committed, disciplined, and serious about trading performance. What You’ll Be Doing Trading US equities live during market sessions Analysing price action, volume, catalysts, and liquidity dynamics Using advanced tools for: Technical analysis Fundamental screening Intraday news and sentiment monitoring Custom alerts and dashboards Building and improving trading workflows, screeners, data integrations, and automation Conducting structured pre‑market preparation and post‑market review Identifying repeating patterns, inefficiencies, and profitable momentum structures Working directly with the lead trader to refine strategies and optimise execution Required Skills & Experience Previous hands‑on experience trading US equities (proprietary, retail, or institutional) Strong understanding of: Market structure Momentum drivers Volatility cycles Liquidity and order flow Proficient with modern charting platforms (TradingView, Thinkorswim, TrendSpider, etc.) Strong technical and fundamental analysis capability Confident interpreting news flows, earnings reports, and macro catalysts Comfortable using or integrating tools, APIs, or custom indicators High discipline, emotional control, and the ability to perform under fast market conditions Commitment to working night shifts on a long‑term basis Ideal Candidate Profile You are a confident, capable trader with real‑world experience.
