This role is necessary to continue on delivering the early success of the Vazkepa launch, creating strategic partnerships in CV, establishing and executing in the CV therapeutic area in Australia and New Zealand. You will report directly to the Sales and Marketing Director, Specialty, CSL ANZ.**Your Responsibilities:**· **Strategic Planning:** Develop and implement strategic plans for our products, including customer segmentation, product difference, and demand planning.· **Team Collaboration**: Lead teams, work with market access, regulatory affairs, medical, and other departments.· **Financial Oversight:** Manage sales and operational budgets, including planning.· **Project Management:** Implement project management practices to ensure successful execution of strategies.· **Mentorship:** Guide and support the Brand Manager in delivering on brand activity plans.· **Market Research:** Conduct market research and detailed analyses to support commercial decision-making.· **External Relations:** Collaborate with important external groups, including clinicians and patient groups.· Develop marketing campaigns that increase brand awareness and consumer engagement.**Your Skills and Experience:**· **Education:** Tertiary qualification in a health discipline, science, or pharmacy; marketing or business qualification (conferred or underway).· **Experience:** At least 5 years of marketing experience in the pharmaceutical industry.· **Skills**: You have experience leading teams, planning and project management skills.
