Due to continued growth and increasing capital inflows, they are seeking a dynamic and motivated finance professional to lead the origination of real‑estate finance transactions. This is a rare opportunity to be the key driver of deal origination in a fund with significant principal and external capital, a strong market presence, and an exciting expansion strategy. As a senior leader, you will play a critical role in shaping the business, contributing to strategy, product development, and broader market positioning. You will also be supported by an experienced execution and portfolio management team, allowing you to focus on deal‑making, growth, and investor relations. Upon successful hire, you will: Origination & Deal Execution Source and originate high‑quality real estate finance transactions across Victoria and nationally where aligned. Develop and maintain strong relationships with borrowers, brokers, developers, and key market stakeholders. Lead deal structuring, negotiations, and execution while ensuring transactions align with the fund’s risk‑return objectives. Strategic Growth & Business Development Shape and execute the firm’s expansion strategy, working closely with leadership to drive business growth. Identify new market opportunities and contribute to the development of innovative financing solutions. Represent the firm at industry events, building brand presence and expanding market reach. Investor & Stakeholder Engagement Work with leadership to enhance investor relations and capital deployment strategies. Engage with external wholesale investors, providing market insights and pipeline updates. Assist in positioning the fund to attract new investment partners and scale the platform. What We’re Looking For: A proven track record in real estate finance origination with strong industry networks. Deep expertise in structured finance, credit analysis, and deal structuring for real estate transactions. Experience in investment management is preferred, but banking or broking backgrounds will also be considered. Entrepreneurial mindset with the ability to work independently while collaborating with leadership on strategic initiatives. Strong relationships with developers, brokers, and other market participants. Passion for business growth, investment performance, and client relationship management.
