We are a solid, stable team looking for an experienced Receptionist as we prepare for a significant growth in customer volumes. Team dynamic is incredibly important to us in our 4-chair practice. The Opportunity We have a versatile, exciting and rewarding opportunity at our Burnside, SA practice available for Dental Receptionists seeking permanent full-time work. Brand-new, modern dental practice with 4 chairs running a wide range of dental treatments Friendly, fun and dedicated team No weekend work, regain work‑life balance Premium & newly redeveloped shopping centre with free onsite parking Meet and greet patients, providing a great first impression Book and amend appointments, answer the phone, update patient records Support the Practice Manager and clinical team with the smooth running of the practice Make patients aware of dental services and offers Handling payments Access sensitive information whilst maintaining patient confidentiality High‑end patient care; build & maintain relationships with all clients in a friendly & warm manner You’ll be: Available to work full‑time, Monday to Friday Previous Dental Reception experience will be highly regarded but not essential, full training provided A motivated self‑starter; this is a fast‑paced and dynamic role Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills Passionate about customer service and patient care Organised with attention to detail Ability to build rapport with patients, in a cheerful, light‑hearted manner At Bupa your wellbeing, identity, and personal story are respected and valued.
