What You’ll Do As our Internal Sales Team Leader, you’ll lead the engine room of our sales success. You’ll coach, challenge, and develop a small but mighty team who turn inbound enquiries into outcomes — fast, accurate, and on point. Here’s what your day might look like: Lead, mentor, and coach the Internal Sales team to hit targets and sharpen habits. Run daily huddles and weekly 1:1s that build accountability, skill, and energy. Drive fast response times for quotes and orders — because time kills deals. Champion process excellence in HubSpot, Klarify, and A2Connect. Support onboarding of new dealers and customers, ensuring every experience is frictionless. Collaborate with Territory Managers, Key Accounts, and Operations to align forecasts and deliver accuracy. Triage customer escalations with urgency and ownership. Continuously improve — every week, every quarter — systems, process, and performance. This Role Is for You If You… Are a proven team leader or senior internal sales rep ready to step up. Can balance coaching people with getting hands‑on to close the loop. Have experience in CRM systems (HubSpot preferred) and ERP workflows.
