Spatial & API Data Service Officer

Demonstrated proficiency in API management platforms, particularly Azure API Management (APIM). Strong communication skills with the ability to translate technical concepts for business stakeholders. Experience using data cataloguing tools and supporting spatial data portals. Implementing and maintaining secure, well‑documented, governed APIs within an enterprise environment. Delivering outcomes across complex, multi‑stakeholder environments, balancing priorities and expectations. Understanding of public sector regulatory, compliance, and policy requirements related to data sharing and spatial information.
