We have an exciting opportunity for a full time, versatile and talented Human Resources Advisor to join the Menzies Aviation Team based at the Sydney International Terminal. This role is to support, advise and deliver HR end to end solutions to the Cargo team. There are multiple Cargo sites at International Airport, Domestic Airport, local Warehouses in Matraville, and in near future Western Sydney International Airport. Our core services include cargo, aircraft ground services such as baggage handling and passenger services. About the Role Reporting to the Human Resources Manager, you will provide effective support and advice across the end-to-end employee lifecycle as a true HR generalist to our CARGO business. You will join a team of 4 HR professional who will service separate business units (such as RAMP and PAX). You will provide high quality advisory support to a wide range of stakeholders and operational leaders, whilst promoting best practice HR initiatives. You will be responsible for a broad range of HR activities across the employee lifecycle and will be the first point of contact for day-to-day as well as more complex queries across the business. You will be required to interpret industrial instruments and support the business with employee relations matters in a unionised, complex environment. You will coordinate and facilitate end-to-end recruitment campaigns across NSW & ACT. You will actively participate in performance and disciplinary matters, preparing relevant documentation as required. What we need from you Degree qualified in HR or another relevant area, with relevant experience working in a fast-paced environment. You will be extremely flexible, results driven, with strong operational capability. Professional, approachable and warm in style upholding effective stakeholder management. Strong written & verbal communicationskills with the ability to work autonomously as well as within a team. Strong ability to time manage, problem solve and deliver solution-based outcomes. Agile and flexible approach with the ability to ensure deadlines are met. Proficient ability to utilise the Microsoft Office suite. Exposure to a blue-collar, warehouse, airport and CARGO workforce will be highly regarded.
