Clawz by Level Playing Field Lawyers is an Australian-built contract compliance platform. It is designed to help builders and subcontractors manage contract notices, deadlines, and documentation with ease. Clawz brings together industry expertise and smart automation to make contract compliance simple, practical and risk-free. We are now gearing up for an exciting launch phase and are looking for a Marketing Co‑ordinator to join our team to execute our go‑to‑market campaign, shape our brand presence, and connect with the construction community across Australia. The Role We’re looking for a creative and proactive Marketing Co‑ordinator to assist with the existing Level Playing Field Lawyers marketing activities and help bring the Clawz brand to life across our online and offline channels and events. As our Marketing Co‑ordinator, you will also be responsible for developing and executing a full‑scale marketing strategy to take Clawz to market. You will work directly with the founders and creative team to position Clawz as the essential contract compliance companion for the building and construction industry. It will begin as full‑time onsite at our Essendon office to help you properly onboard and find a rhythm with the team, then there’ll be an opportunity to work in a hybrid arrangement. Key Responsibilities Executing the pre‑launch and launch marketing plan. Managing all social media, website, and email marketing activity. Creating compelling campaigns and content for builders, subcontractors, and industry associations. Coordinating events, webinars, and industry partnerships. Overseeing brand identity, design, and tone of voice. Analyzing and using marketing performance data to adjust strategy, helping maximise reach and engagement. Guiding the creative team and delegating their tasks. Additional Involvement Assisting with email campaigns and managing our client database. Designing and reviewing marketing materials and presentations that reflect the Clawz brand values. Posting videos, images, and updates across LinkedIn, Facebook, and Instagram. Collecting and analysing social‑media metrics to quantitatively track growth. Contributing content and maintaining status of content in the content calendar. Collaborating with a fun, high‑energy team. About You We’re looking for someone who thrives on building brands from the ground up; creative, data‑driven, and fluent in both digital and industry marketing. Qualifications 5+ years’ experience in marketing, preferably in SaaS, construction, or professional services. Strong copywriting and content creation skills. A passion for storytelling, brand building, and growth strategy. Excellent communication and organisational skills. An entrepreneurial mindset and willingness to take initiative.
