Sales and Marketing Co‑Ordinator (South East Asia) Orange College is seeking a passionate and proactive Sales & Marketing Coordinator to join our dynamic team in Melbourne. This role is vital to driving business growth and strengthening our presence across South East Asia . About the Role Reporting to the Sales & Marketing Manager or Marketing Director , you’ll be responsible for developing strong partnerships with education agents, driving student recruitment, and supporting marketing initiatives to enhance Orange College’s brand internationally. Key Responsibilities Build and maintain relationships with education agents, partners, and pathway providers. Conduct regular meetings & training with the education agencies. Recruit international students through onshore and offshore agent networks or cold calling to onshore employers / partners. Manage admissions and support agents with offers, enrolments, and student onboarding. Manage agents agreement and conduct regular surveys. Conduct market research and monitor competitor activities. Support marketing campaigns and materials (social media, brochures, website). Represent Orange College at education fairs, events, and exhibitions. Prepare sales reports and analyse market trends. Occasionally travel interstate or overseas for market visits and agent training. Skills & Experience 2+ years’ experience in sales & marketing within ELICOS or VET or HE sectors or with education agents. Strong understanding of the Australian international education industry . Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills. Proven ability to meet sales targets and manage multiple priorities. Proficiency in CRM tools (e.g. HubSpot) and Microsoft Office. Eligible to work in Australia. Fluency in a South East Asian language is highly desirable.
