About the Role We’re on the lookout for a motivated individual to join our team in Welshpool, selling new Hino trucks, new Fiat vehicles and used trucks . This is a fantastic opportunity to enter the commercial vehicle market with two highly respected brands. You’ll be working under the guidance of the General Sales Manager, so while previous sales experience is a plus, it’s not essential. We’re more interested in your attitude, willingness to learn, and genuine interest in the industry. What you’ll be doing: Selling new Hino trucks Assisting customers with vehicle enquiries and purchases Building strong relationships with new and existing clients Learning the ropes from an experienced manager Extra experience will be gained through sales of Fiat and Used trucks Working Monday to Friday, 8:00am–5:30pm, no late Wednesdays One Saturday 8:00am-12:00pm every 5 weeks Skills & Experience Sales experience preferred but not required Strong communication and people skills Confidence to engage with commercial clients A proactive approach to learning and growing within a supportive team Work with respected brands: Hino and Fiat Learn directly from a knowledgeable Group Sales Manager Enjoy a balanced roster with minimal weekend work Be part of a national company with plenty of career development opportunities Supportive and friendly team culture How to Apply If you’re ready to kickstart your career in commercial vehicle sales, we’d love to hear from you.
