Overview We are recruiting for our Dispute Resolution & Restructuring & Insolvency practice in Melbourne. We currently have an opportunity for a Senior Associate to join our team. The opportunity We have a fantastic opportunity for a Senior Associate to join our Dispute Resolution and Restructuring & Insolvency team in Melbourne. You will be working with our leading Partners, including Alex Wolff, Peter Lucarelli, Helen Joyce and Andrew Prowse. The team Baker McKenzie\'s Dispute Resolution & Restructuring & Insolvency group is one of the Australian office\'s largest practice groups. It has the depth of experience to advise and represent clients in complex commercial disputes, class actions, and restructuring & insolvency. Our commercially pragmatic approach focuses on the issues that matter to clients and on guiding the client\'s legal team to early resolution while protecting the client\'s interests. Our team includes leading litigation lawyers who can draw on the resources and knowledge of the global firm\'s Dispute Resolution and Litigation practice. We work with major national and international organisations on large-scale litigation, dispute resolution, class actions, insolvency matters, regulatory work for and against regulators, and white-collar crime matters. We offer direct exposure to clients and opportunities for progression across a global network.
